hard to say... it may be a lot one day. It's .cn so it's promising.

As with most Chinese character not many of them are used alone, and can stand by themselves as domains.

Translation is correct: head, leader, first. Although the word is like a pronoun.

Any value would come from being a single character IDN (if you place any value on this) rather than the word leader (which is best represented as 领导 )
