I don't think so. If any company named escrow claims tm, I can say it's not escrow, it's escrowpilot. Otherwise, "tradepilot" should be a tm for "trade", "loanpiolt" should be a tm for "loan", "paymentpilot" should be a tm for "payment" , so on so on.

And sorry, I didn't understand your last line.
