Labeled as domain in Domain Appraisal, started by Riz M., Feb 22, 2020
We have acquired this domain recently.
5-6 figs or more for the end-user. The automobile industry is a big open ocean
Thanks yes no doubt its huge industry.
Thanks i believe same this name is like gold
this is great name.
but lets not forget the most important thing in name investing.. which is our paid price... so it takes a lot of skill to not just find great names, but also at great price.. its all about the roi.. and even then.. most of us can't afford to tie up the money for too long
but im sure the owner of this domain knows what he does! gl.
He is a investor . we are domainers lol
love this name
nah we're all domain investors here
Superb pick of the litter. Z tells everyone "im no s, dont think this is a used car lot, this is a rolls-royce bentley website." kudos.
godaddy appraises it at it doesnt go that high, lol, more than $25000.
nameworth.com appraises it at a tier 1 domain most premium and at $54,500
estibot.com appraises it at $11.000
namebio sales results for the keyword carz:
carz.net 280 USD 2013-07-22 GoDaddy
carz.biz 500 USD 2011-01-11 Sedo
unbelievably cheap if you ask me.
keyword is taken in all the major tlds
dare i appraise? hmmm, oh, well here goes:
reseller: low $xxxxx to high $xxxxx
enduser: mid $xxxxxx (personally, im thinking $333000)
Quick sale on the open market to first offers... Probably only get $50k to 100k. (Under 2 year wait time)
HODL for the best price and you should get ten times that amount. (Possibly 8+ years wait time)
thats what i was thinking, the wait game. lol
z replacing s rarely works out.. especially for non coms... but this is 4l so he'll be ok...
but again everything is completely dependant on cost paid.. i mean its really that simple.. its all about what we pay our names.. hence the term roi.. cheers
I like it, I'm not sure about the 6 figure apprisals, i personally wouldn't value it that much.
Problem you have it with is the 'z' it will always make the name small time (gamez, hotelz, shopz etc), but saying that if one 'z' (instead of 's') domain could sell for big money it might be this as it's short and cars.com is the most valuable domain out there.
Good luck with it.
Do you mind telling the price of acquisition?
Separate names with a comma.
