Nice one. It has lots of end user potential.

The only recent sale I could find in this format is fpay.com which sold for $6100 on NameJet earlier this year.
I am sure that sale was to a domain investor.

There are some obvious end users right now.
Could be well into 5 figures to the right buyer.

Soooooo many potential end users from corporations with names that begin with 'n'. It would make a great super secure site for employees to access pay records/rates/dates with other options that could include insurance, 401K, vacation, etc. info.

Great name for a payroll/payment processing service/company that would serve thousands or hundreds of thousands transactions on a yearly basis.

If it were mine, it would have a minimum offer set at ten grand (just to see who bites) with a buy it now of 28,800. Best of luck!
