Hello bro, i'm not qualified to appraise a portuguese name since i don't know the portuguese market, but according to the stats you gave i'm sure you can make a great sale with it. good luck

Hi, with regards to the stats above. I think you've gotten a great domain. A domain name already registered in in about 50 different extensions shows value. Wishing you all the best.

thank you very much for sharing your thoughts on the domain. :)

I would really appreciate if you could give your opinion on how much it could get sold for.

Thank you and looking for more appraisals :xf.wink:

esport.io XX.XXX
esporte.io $0, with .io you must have one strong word (Portuguese market is too narrow even for many .com). There are plenty of great .ios free to be hand registered, I don't see why someone should be willing to pay a premium for a no english meaning .io

I appreciate you taking some time appraising the domain :)

Why do you say the domain has "no meaning" though? I said it means "sport" in Portuguese, which is a quite popular name.

Moreover, "Esporte" receives 8,23,000 exact and 20,400,000 broad monthly searches over google and has 60,60,00,000 search results on Google. Given this info, I'd consider it a "strong word".

I would also like to add the fact that esporte (.club) was sold for 399$

In my opinion, it's just a matter of targeting the right audience.

Thanks anyway (y)

Best regards,

DB

You are welcome man!

I understand your reasoing but the question you have to ask yourself before acquiring a foreign domain in a different from its ccTLD is: "How many other great dictionary words are there still be free in that specific TLD?"
In your specific case, do you think that .ios are commonly used in Brazil or Portugal? Consider that nobody outside these two countries will be interested in acquiring your domain. Personally I advise you to stay away from regging domain targeting cauntries you don't know very very deeply both through cultural and data awareness.

Good luck! :)

I don't know whether .io domains are commonly used in these two countries, but I do know what the .io extension is used for. This extension is really suitable for startups, gaming, and technology in general. I think it fits the Portuguese word really well.

I think marketing strategies will play a key role in the sale of this domain.

I guess only time will tell...

Thanks for your appraisal though! (y)
