It been four days the money is stuck in Escrow waiting for the buyer too verify his account. The buyer is the CEO or some top brass of the company hardly finds time, so I'm sitting here waiting.
Is this fair? doing all the hard work in finding the buyer, negotiating and making way to part with his money, and now the money stuck in Escrow for account validation reason.
There should be a quicker way once the buyer deposits the money with Escrow. The longer the wait the more fragile the sale gets.
