City of london is a city name..with population around 8K..

I would develop a site with city information, data and resources and put some ads on it..

PS: I still have to understand what's the logic behind domain appraisals. I mean, aside from premium one-word domains, all I see in this section of the forum is a regfee appraisal. I wonder if there's any (new and undeveloped) domain which is worth more than regfee and what features it needs to have
