Does a CitynameDot.com, CountryNameDot.com or a KeywordDot.com worth registering?

Following are the Examples

USADOT.com
UKDOT.COM
TimeDot.com

Does Adding "Dot" in domains make them marketable???

Good question, but try to think about questions like this from a user's perspective: Do you every type in "dot" when searching for a site, or seeing if there is a site there? I doubt it, so "dot" should only be in the domain when it is part of the meaning. Like polkadot.com.

And try saying the domain out loud to see what it sounds like: Poka-dot-dot-com doesn't sound too good. :)

DOT stands for Department of Transportation.

Experience is a great teacher, and the only way we ever really learn so I say that you go out, buy 100 of these names at $1000 and see how much profit you really make.

If you do well then you will have your answer, and if you don't then at least you will know yourself than just guessing.

But as a rule no one ever searches for "New York City dot" or "Mississippi dot" or "Edinburgh dot" so I am unsure why you think these would have any resale value?
