CHIPs - Time for a plan B?

I wonder if some stuck with hundreds or thousands of CHIPs that are hard to sell even for a reg fee, start to think about plan B - monetization to recoup at least some of the money?

Unfortunately we are not allowed to promote parking pages.

On the other hand even small niche websites require a lot of work / resources.

We need a third, mixed option - I think there was a service that that, whypark or something like that?
What happen to that?

I wasn't really thinking about the stuff that already sells - more like random 5L.com, long numerics, or chips in obscure extensions. Names you might not sell even for a reg fee - I was a little bit too optimistic and sunk too much $ in .ws

not seeing up trend.. but seeing unusually high qty of 4l.com chips today.. going for lowest range prices we are used to on these..

It feels like the "chinese fever" has been completely "cured" - but we "stay in bed" (still buy CHIPs and wait for a prices to rice up again) just in case.

But anyway - question to people with hundreds of 5L or 7N+ - you don't plan to monetize them at all?
I guess with that number of names it would be almost impossible (without investing even more time and money).

Plan B - accept loss and renew only few good ones
Plan C - accept the full loss and move on.

Also, it would likely be impossible with just three names.

Wasn't there a new domain investor who was looking to buy $1,000,000 in 4L chips a few months ago when they were priced at $2000+.

If that purchase was actually made... as of today they would be down $350,000 at minimum.

People may see a spike over the summer, but beware the steep fall afterwards. If there is no summer peak, then it's $500 territory for sure before the end of the year.
