413,000 searches of "peaceful rise" is still very low for population of over a billion in China so no one can be a target

Is that the new policy of Hu Jin Tao ? When I was in China all the kids had to learn the '3 something or other' for Communism class. Seems like they'd have to study this too . Hu Jintao may be a little shengqi at you for registering this though .
