I believe only short and easy-to-remember domain names are sustainable, regardless of where in the world you live and which cultural background you come from.

Now that the Chinese domain market has become a hot topic, I myself want to understand this trend too. Is there any real meaning behind each domain name sold in China? Here, I'd like to share with you what I've found as I read the Chinese news everyday.

GZX.com
GZX can stand for 更自信 (even more self-confident) which can be used in many fields such as education, self-help, and even consumer products to raise your self image.

XLY.com
XLY can stand for 夏令营 (summer camp) or 新领域 (new field) which can be used in recreation and high-tech products.

In China,extensional like.com .cn .net . com.cn are most popular.
I can hardly judge you domains with .biz .ws and .club.
the last one XQQBN.com worths some money.

If you want play PINYINS , The .com .cn .net and . com.cn should be your first choice.
But good double chips can't be registered years ago.
three chips have a huge amount. they have no stable price. maybe worth a lot,maybe worth nothing.
for example,if you combine three English words together.
some of them could be meaningless.
That‘s my opinion, do you get it?

Got it, Thanks... Very difficult to find Pinyin names in .com or net or .cn extensions, I feel this is a no no for me.

Although it looks short. Domain names with a hypen are not popular in China, unlike English countries.
GZ can represent many things, you can try it somewhere.

jie chu（杰出）means "outstanding "
shi jie（世界）mean "the world " xinshijie(新世界) ——the new world
jie dai（借贷）means "get a loan "

I am aware of the use of vowels in Pinyn. This is why I research combination including vowels and not just CHIPS that are meaningless (talking about 5L.com).
I just wanted to be sarchastic...

Hi Leo Gordan, Your comments are interesting as your boots on the ground.
You have the hindsight to know Chinese generation x will follow the pathways of other digital generations, IMO linguistics will become shorter text speak maximum one / two traditional characters or possibly a mix of western and Chinese such as VR旅行 or VR性 the latter was surprisingly unregistered. Think the opportunities to create and develop unique cognitive home brands 八8 carried by the cachet of the com will never come around again. Would like to read your comments re search terms.

免费玩>Free to play is what is says on the tin (games). 僦>Hire covers many possible verticals. 押注>To bet Could be a game of chance not necessarily financial. 阄>lot Could be land or lottery

Leo, guessing there is some irony here but not tuned into your wavelength so not quite getting It ? The all important thing is simplicity / seamless English & Chinese input on mobiles, The cachet of the com is great but needs to be seamless ala VR + character. Guess the teens will dictate this? IMO it will be taken as cool (mindset) to differentiate from an older generation (me yoda) If I was in China with your advantages its worth the 押注
