I really have no idea what you are talking about. Are those telephone / postal codes in China or what?

Hi, accentnepal, maybe you do not know some info in China 3G market.

What is Number Segment: in China, mobile phone number is like 13900000000, so 139 is the Number Segment. 139 Number Segment is belonged to ChinaMobile, and ChinaMobile build a mobile email brand with the name 139.com and 139.mobi is held by ChinaMobile, too.

The Number Segments are rare and important resources for the three main telecom operators in China. Such as, ChinaTelecom and ChinaMobile competed on the assignment of 188 number segment for a long time. ChinaMobile won the competition at last because it is engaged in the TD-SCDMA network and has the support from China Industry and Information Department.

15* and 18* Number Segments were assigned especially for 3G usage and all had been assigned out already.
158/188 was assigned to ChinaMobile
187 was assigned to ChinaTelecom.
152/153/156 was assigned to ChinaUniCom

So all the domains listed above have the chance to be a good Mobile Internet brand in China market.
