I disagree that this domain has no value, yes true it doesn't have much reseller value, perhaps reg fee to mid $xx at most. But its true potential would be to an end user or development.

Obviously the focus for the domain should be Lung, breast and perhaps more specifically male breast cancer.

Obviously end user value is far more difficult to establish. If you do get any offers, perhaps don't be greedy and look for anything between high $xx to mid $xxx.

Monthly Searches for Chest Cancer
chest cancer 71
chest wall cancer 30

Monthly Searches for Male Breast Cancer

male breast cancer 1328
male breast cancer symptoms 63
male breast cancer in new zealand 54
breast cancer male 48

Good luck with the domain.

I still stick with RegFee or below simply for the fact that there is nothing called "Chest Cancer" They all have medical names and very few people would ever search for chest cancer as proven by the stats provided showing that 70+ people search for that term per month and that may have been one of the best months for that search.

Well in reality they were just the top 2, there were infact 345 other search terms, the highest having 70+ searches the lowest having one or 2. So there probably were 2000+ searches that included the keywords chest cancer.

From a reseller point of view I don't disagree with you. He may be lucky and get more, but this type of domain needs an end user to realise any value (or development). I mearly disagreed that this domain had no value.

thats why i agree with you

i am looking at this name as a doctor (i am one) and a domainer
there are some names you must find an-user to it and it is worth reg fee even you dont find one

there is not an specific cancer named chest cancer but there are cancer in the chest and people search for this term... if developed this site could be a nice one showing, lets say, what kind of cancers can happen and some explanation with some anatomy pictures/drawings

I've never heard about neither chest cancer nor chest doctor. Not even sure if you even can develop something like that. I do know about thr breast cancer, though. IMO, a reg fee.

i am a doctor, not a "chest doctor"; sorry if i made a bad explanation
as i told there isnt a chest cancer; chest is an area of the body where some structures are located at and such structures can be affected by cancer

BTW, there are thoracic surgeons :)

I know SEO and I can see quite a lot of value in the name. May be low $xxx but I do see real value in the name once it's developed and promoted rightly. IMO :)

On a serious note...

If you look at a couple of Frank Schillings keyword rich names, then you can easily see more value in this name.

When one registers that type of names, one should have some idea whether to develp it or whom to sell it to. Being a doctor yourself, would you be interested to buy this domain if approached? or do you know any doctors who might have some interest to buy it? Do you think it would be crucial for any doctor's practice to have that domain by all means? Yes, there are people out there who are searching for chest cancer, and there are plenty other meanigless names with high volume search out there as well. The best bet would be to develop the name into some type of informational blog, with an Adsense, IMO.

Appraisals are a matter of opinion mostly, some people can see value where others cant
