ha i got this email a few weeks ago, and it still makes me giggle.

Whats even funnier is i just got the domain, still has almost a full year left in its registration. haha

are people really this gullible? one thing that sucks about using godaddy now is i seem to get spam all the time regarding my domains, and web design.

that's not for a domain registration, it's for "search engine registration". It's well discussed if you search the forum here.

They try to make it sound like domain expiration, though.

They know that if they don't specifically say what it's for right away or in the large text, it SOUNDS like it's the domain expiring.

(Plus they notify you of expirations for services you never had in the first place! lol)
