On one hand, estibot valuations should be taken with much caution. Most people in this forum totally disregard them. It is not uncommon to have high estibot values and low selling prices or vice versa.

On an other hand, the prices offered by domainers are often 1/10th or less than the end-user prices.

It's the reverse: on forums, domainers offer to buy at very low prices, often 10% of less of the prices you might get if you had an end user in front of you.
