I really need your advice for this domain name "socialapps.fr"
the .fr is a French extention as you can see..
I want to buy this domain name, and sell it or use later
how much do you think it would make?
and do you advice me to sell it or use it and create a website for it?

all the other extentions are no more available.. com/net/org/be/info/biz/es/it/co.uk/....

Well, if it's still available for a few euros yet nobody would register it, what makes you think you will be able to sell it for much more down the road. Unless of course there is a trend brewing in about social apps Or that somebody who owns the name in another extension would be interested in the .fr to tap the French market.
If you will be going down the regfee route I think there are better domains to be found in .fr.
