Can't you PUSH domain names into another account for free if yuo wanted? That is sort of like transfers, but that may only be on the same register though, but i don't know.

You can't just "push" a name from let's say your Go Daddy account to your NameCheap account. You'd have to pay for the transfer fees, etc. and go through the process. However you can push/transfer your name from your Go Daddy account to another person's Go Daddy account for free as long as the person you're pushing/transferring the name to is at the same registrar.

I wouldn't recommend regfly.... very poor after slales customer support... NO e-mail replies... I've been with them

Depends on the Registrar & Reseller
I Find it is a constant problem where various Domains I have purchased from Auctions here and On other Sites are Regged at places that charge more for Renewals & transfers then for the Reg. Fee.
Places like RegisterFly with 1.99 Sales and 7.95 Renewals,Transfers

This is not common at all in Australia where there is One price for Reg,Transfer & Renewals.
Because of this after free Push from seller ,I immediately transfer to my own Site. This is especially important for all those FREE .info's people are dumping because of impending renewals.
That way the transfer fee is also the Renewal Fee ($2.75USD Currently)

I agree with Chris. RegisterFly is the cheapest. I transferred one of my domains couple of weeks ago!

You heard wrong. They still accept PayPal, however they are going through upgrades and have not added the PayPal option back yet. :tu:

Paul their rep here at NamePros stated this a few days ago:

We expect to have our new alternative payment interface work completed by wednesday. We have also added e-gold to the choice of payment options as of our wednesday release. Sorry for the delay.
