Rather predictably, the question is: what are the cheapest rates that you have seen for .us at reputable registrars lately?

Check out domainsite.com
Nobody mentions them much but they're one of the best all around
Registrars on the net.
Both in pricing and it easy to use domain manager.

Plus I've dealt with them for over 3 years and not only never had any prob and I've never heard of anyone else having a prob either.
I have around 150 US there right now.
They're honest, support will work with you and they don't play tricks..

I like ESTDOMAINS - http://www.estdomains.com.
They are accredited ICANN registrar. unfotrunately they don't accept credit cards for payment, but they accept paypal and many other means of payment.
price for .us is USD 5.49.

domainsite.com - yes, they have one of the best prices on the net.
but I have evidence that domainsite captures expired domains for themselves, I have seen this for a row of .US domains. Maybe they scan their website' whois requests also...
