Godaddy has them for 9.95 a year. But look through the forum and you could find some coupons to get it cheaper.

Registerfly offers .name domains at $7.99 per year. And Tajim you can't register .name at Yahoo as yahoo offers names with .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz, or .info extensions only.

i agree registerfly has the worst service, i believe godaddy has one of the best service that i have sued so far. Namecheap is also a good place as well.
