I just regged 8 domains and you are righr. They changed the price. I got 20 domains for 6.74.

Its not legal. They are re-seller of Register.it. Only registrar is allowed to charge that fee and not the re-seller.

Infact they're part of Register.it but work as re-seller so they're not authorized to charge anything for transfer out.
