As many of you might know, US televisions are going to completely change to digital signal. Well I'm far far away from US, but still if you take a look at google trends, you see that DTV converter is gaining popularity quickly as more and more people will need to switch to digital TV: http://www.google.com/trends?q=DTV+converter
The keyword "DTV converter" is not yet popular search term, but imho it is going to be sooner or later...
I'd say this would be darn expensive domain in end of 2008 and 2009, but my calculations can be wrong, so I am asking for your feedback on this niche/domain.
