Cheap Hosting with eCommerce Features

I'm looking for hosting with an eCommerce solution for a friend of mine. She isn't very computer savvy so it would need to be very easy to use and cheap as possible.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Fantisco (addon of cPanel) contains free ecommerce scripts/solutions. Most hosts that offer cPanel could do you well.

Also what billing system is she going to use? If she is using Paypal, then most shared webhosting services will be fine. But if she is going to take credit card payments directly, she will need to buy an SSL certificate which requires a dedicated IP (more expensive).

There are many options out there, do let us know in more detail what she has in mind.
