Yes,name.com and you also can try domainsite.com.(Paypal can use.)

;) I just found a cheaper domain service. http://needname.net provides you domain names $6.95 per year and payment can be done through paypal.

Take me in - there are two cheeper alternatives , use them at your own risk since i ave no experience with them , domainsarefree.com ( $3.99 ) << new domains only , seems like a promotional tactic of globat and 1and1.com ( $5.99)

A quick search here and elsewhere will show you a whole load of problems with 1&1 service. There are also a couple of recent threads here about domainsarefree.com. Be sure and check them out before you decide to try to save a $ or two.

Looks to me like 10.99 for .com, .net. Where did you see 6.95? That was for .us and .biz only which will promptly end because today is 1 July and eNom is ending the special on those TLDs.
