Kinda long but champagne has more letters than "rum" so not much you can do about that.

A shop called "Champagne Shop" seems a bit too informal ... champagne being a more classy spirit, in general as I view it. Overture probably doesn't have a lot of results with the two words combined, though "Champagne" on its own is excellent.
Reg. fee+, IMHO.
