I know, looks disappointing but I can see a couple of potential customers though if I sweet talk them. I was just wondering if maybe they wont touch it for trademark issues?

I understand you now! I know the reward probably isn't great, but after doing a quick google search before I regged the name, I saw there are a few company's that advertise ''champagne preservation systems'' , that is the only reason I regged the name.

I Thought with a quick nicely worded email I may make a sale with it,as I think it is a good, short memorable domain that is fitting for said companies.

After all, if I owned a similar company that advertises ''Champagne preservation systems'' I think I probably would want this domain?

I guess I could of regged ''champagnepreservationDOTsystems'' , but I think the shorter version I regged sounded better!

The only concern I have before I market it is if there are any trademark issues? I have done some research, but the term ''champagne'' seems to be a bit of a grey area, or at least for me to fully understand.

Regarding your domain I agree on the comments above. Besides champagne preservation there seems to be a Canadian company producing radiation monitors called "Lou Champagne Systems Inc" which you could contact as well. Cheers and good luck!
