.info doesn't kill it, of course. That's just silly. It hurts it though, since most users would type in CenterIce.com by accident.

I appreciate your opinions but out of the 7 appraisals no one said that it could be worth more if developed, does this mean if developed it would not increase its value?

Obviously any developed site is going to be worth more then just the domain alone. I think this has potential to be developed as a sort of hockey information site.

However, undeveloped I have to agree it is reg fee
