Looking for a quick appraisal please. Be as Honest as you can - looking for numbers not just xxx prices this time. Have an interested party and I don't think the offer is even close to decent. But I could be wrong (cause we all get attached to certain domains and sometimes value them higher then they should be).

I think you are being a little too optimistic, unless you are selling to the owner of the .com version. (The .com versions would be x,xxx) Dot US names just haven't taken off like predicted.
