Ganjapreneur would be a good site to contact like last member mentioned. Rosener is great at moving marijuana related domain names, who knows he might take it off your hands at a good price. Definitely brandable and could be the name of a dispensary. I would think high XXX but probably much more if you hold on to it a few years the way MJ industry is going. Potentially low XXXX if you find the right buyer. I might recommend to hold on to it! Good luck.
