question cctlds and ngtlds single dictionary word domain names

Hi, I want to ask about single dictionary word domain names in ngtlds and cctlds. Are they all worthy and good or just some of Them? Also, do they need to be meaningful and related to the tld or it doesn't matter.

The only answer for such a broad question is 'it depends'. It depends on the word and it depends on the tld.

A particular word maybe meaningful/sought after in one tld but worthless in another.

If you want to sell a domain then it needs to be meaningful and related to the tld (or a domain hack for that tld). For a personal vanity project it does not matter.
