Hello, i am thinking about setting up a local registrar for my area and im wanting to know which is the best reseller for .com.au domains. The reseller account must be easy to use and customizeable and has the cheapest prices.

.nl domain requirements

Do .nl domains require a tech contact who lives in the netherlands?

The reason I'm asking is because I've read that some foreigners register .nl domains with dutch registrars without encountering any problems.

Does anyone know exactly what the .nl requirements are?

Registrant must have an administrative contact located in Netherlands as well as a contact address and phone number. There is no restriction on the number of domain names that may be registered to a single person.

Thats quoted from 101domain.com, but some registrars will act as your contact meaning you do not personally need one. If the registrar does not state anything regarding the issue, contact them or look for some information on their website about it.

I use netim.eu for most my european domains. Sorry that you missed few months long special 6 € .at promotion at netim. Now is € 14,90 and 13,90 € at inwx.de.

Thanks for your comments. Unforunately I've never heard about Netim.eu before so I will probably just stick with Moniker then.

thanks NVD, most dutch registrars don't state wether they can be an administrative contact for foreign people or not so I guess my best bet is to write them an email.

No .ro renewal fees?

We're in the process of finding a registrar for .ro domains. We started checking out the official .ro NIC Website and for some odd reason, their english version states the following:

The registration is 51,26$+VAT(19%), one-time payment. There is no yearly fee at present.

When yearly fee will be introduced, you will be informed.

Is there really no yearly fee for .ro (Romania) domains?

Yes, the trick is to go with the registry direct. Don't use a registrar like Eurodns cause they will gladly charge you renewal fees year after year lol

But if you want a real registrar then 101domain.com do it for 149.00/year instead of 50 like www.dj

Hello guys,

I'm currently looking for a registrar to transfer my .IN domains. Year ago I registered few .IN domains during .IN promo and now looking for a cheapest way to renew them.

Currently, there is an .IN promo at ResellerClub: .IN Renewals and Transfer-Ins at the price of $11.99 for .IN Domains and $5.99 for Third Level .IN Domains.

This is a smart move - previous big .IN promo ended exactly one year ago and Directi now trying to hit those who still haven't renewed their .IN domains.

But maybe some of you know cheaper place to transfer/renew .INs?
Any upcoming .IN promos?
Name.com maybe, their recent actions were pretty good.

P.S.
The cheapest place I found is Mitsu.in: $11.80 renewals, $11.60 transfers.

As far as I know, this is the only place you can regsiter a .dj . They handle it all. I had 10, or so, all handled throught them. Transfer's etc, renewals, whois, all handled by them.

Hi,

I need to find whois info for .es/com.es/org.es domains.

I'v tried who.is, whois.sc, whois.de, they don't provide the full specs.

I've tried nic.es; they provide everything but the email & tel. nr.

However, that's exactly what I need; the email adress.


Pls help if u can.

.BZ Transfer

Do you know any domain registrar accepting .bz transfer.

NameCheap.com, Name.com just register those domains - they don't transfer it. I found namesbeyond.com - they do transfer and their renewal price is small (only $19). But I've read many bad reviews about them. So, I'm not really sure.

I see some registrar who do the transfer with a very high renewal rate, $50 or more. But I need some trusted registrar whose renewal rate is not higher than $35.

My current .bz domain is registered with enom . The renewal rate of .bz domain there is $50. I really need a cheap option. By the way, If I buy a enom reseller account(I saw many $6.95 offer in ebay & forum) - can I renew my .bz account in a discounted price??
