Hello, i am thinking about setting up a local registrar for my area and im wanting to know which is the best reseller for .com.au domains. The reseller account must be easy to use and customizeable and has the cheapest prices.

If anyone has any recommendations please post here.

CO.cc is not a Real ccTLD ,it is a subdomain service provided by the owner of the domain CO.cc
Still it is a good deal
Just need to be aware that you are at the mercy of the owner possibly withdrawing the service at any stage.

Hi, does anyone have experience with .ru domains. Is it complicated to manage them, for example transfer between different registrars?

And which registrar would you recommend? I have read that www.nic.ru is big and reliable.

I just tried to reg "name.si" and it went through. But I think there was a big error on the www.e-uspeh.com b/c I looked up the WHOIS for it on another site and it said it was taken. Also, I tried to register it again and it allowed me :P

Spanish registrar & Nic.es registry problem!

Last month I bought a spanish domain name and renewed for 1 year through my registrar. However, today I received this email message from nic.es (the spanish domain name registry):

Estimado Sr./Sra.

Le comunicamos que el 27/11/2008 se notificó al Agente Registrador (REGISTRAR-NAME), encargado de la gestión del nombre de dominio xxxxx.es, el inicio del plazo de TREINTA DÍAS NATURALES para proceder a su renovación.

Por tanto, en caso de estar interesado en renovar su nombre de dominio, dispone de un plazo de VEINTE DÍAS NATURALES para ponerse en contacto con su Agente Registrador (REGISTRAR-NAME) y que proceda a realizar el pago.

La no aceptación y pago en el citado plazo de TREINTA DÍAS NATURALES implicará la no renovación del nombre de dominio xxxxx.es, asignado a favor de Spyridon Champeris-Tsaniras, quedando libre para su asignación

I did a WHOIS and found out that my domain is expiring in 5 days! I'm not exactly sure what the mail above says, since I don't understand Spanish! From what I understand, for some unknown reason, my registrar hasn't paid nic.es to renew the domain! Am I correct? Has this happened to anybody else? What should I do? Any help would be appreciated!

Currently, I took the domain away from my registrar and transferred it to nic.es . Can anyone help me out how to renew the domain using nic.es as a registrar? I can't find any option to renew it after I log in using my nic handle. On top of that, the website is in Spanish which makes things more difficult!
