In my opinion this is a superb name and the sale is a very bearish signal on domains.
what are your thoughts?

Why you paid end-users high price for both? Did you have development plan back then or you thought that you can flip it for more later?snoop said:Was sold at a big loss, I bought cats.net and dogs.net for $75k in late 2005

It was a big overpayment at the time though I also think also the .net market has had a far more serious fall than .com generally, as have all the other "alt" type extensions in my view.
Snoop is not a big fan of "contacting end users" so I doubt he did because as Brad stated he could get a better price by contacting them.mrdomainman said:Have you contacted any potential end users before selling cats.net on sedo?
Like cat food companies and such.
