Recently, I noticed a very new genre/niche within the home audio category called 'Soundbar' or 'sound bar' and I managed to snag all the top keyword searches within the category.

I even managed to buy the top generics SoundBar.com and SoundBars.com. With this in mind, I am confident that I own almost the complete monopoly of the particular genre/niche. Home Theater: The Power of One

I am planning to sell this but do you think I should sell it as a complete portfolio or sell it individually?

hei..thanks a bunch for the sites!! i checked out sound-bar.us and I think it is a great site. This just gave me some ideas on how to develop the portfolio. I might want o put up a site like that on soundbars.com and get it SEOed.

I do like your thinking on this one, very smart move to corner the niche. Whether or not it really takes off, i dont know, but my advice is to develop your best name to promote the niche, therefore increasing the value of your other domains in the process.

I have no idea what they are worth, but we will know in a years time i guess.
