Looks like this gem is dropping on the 12th of this month.
didnt some guy have to go through court to try and keep his kiwi.com
from a major corporation.... so lets say someone doenst have the resources to contend {a small fry catches this name,} will he or she have to go through the time consuming making friends with and paying a lawyer, to hold on to the domain??.
if so what if the life style of the small fry domainer { not a fighter but a lova} doenst want to go through a lawyer and the stress of fighting for the name can the corporation take it from you????
PS:: lets say all one is doing with the domain is parking it...

UDRP is an administrative proceeding, not a court hearing.

Domain name - trademark disputes like kiwi.com are decided on a case to case
basis. One good part about using UDRP is you don't necessarily have to retain
an attorney to defend it, although it's highly recommended in some cases.

It ultimately depends on how much you really know, and what you intend to do.
