The additional V is problematic, as it does not make lot of sense there. Maybe some would think V as Vegas, but it is little bit stretched imo.
.US sell very very badly even for meaningful keywords, there is a full thread about it here in NamePros.
On the other hand, I like that it pass radio test pretty well, it is nicely pronounceable (casino v . us sounds good when spoken out)
There are some alternatives like letters Q, Z, X..but V can stand for Vegas, which is cool.
Not so sure here..if you can persuade some casino to use it as a brand, potential is good. But this is not type of domain which will sell passively (like "owners of casino will search for it at Sedo" scenario...it is because of .us extension, if they will ever happen to search, they will search for .com imo). I think potential of resale is very very slim, but if the resale happen, it can fetch mid XXXX+
