No, by far it is not...... If you examine all of the pages you will see that they are filled with unique content.... The template is common, but anything like this site is not.... The template has also been modified heavily to not appear similar to other templates with regard to search engines.... If you look at the source code you will see what I mean.....

This is why the site is generating traffic and revenue, because it has been worked on with sophistication, otherwise it would be where all the other mirrors are... nowhere....
