Reg fee. 3rd level domains (that are not the official "domain" level of that country, eg. co.uk) are worthless IMO.

I don't think it's completely worthless. It still has the keyword casino in it, and it's very short... however if its worth anything, then just a few bucks above reg fee.

Well, you can't really increase the value of .co.nl because it has very little value as it is. Subdomains don't really increase in value unless there is more demand and less supply (meaning there is less .co.nl available.. then they will be worth more).

You should develop some sort of casino site, or at least a parking page and do some SEO. Hopefully you can get lots of ad revenue from that.
