budget: above $5000 Cash buyers looking for year-end deals

It is late December. Perhaps you have holiday plans for you and yours, and could use some extra cash. Well, good news, because we have clients that are paying fast cash for the following types of names:

LL.com - up to $1.5 million each
LLL.com up to $150K each
LLLL.com - up to $20K each
CVCV.com - up to $35K each
1 Word.com - up to $100K each
NN.com - up to $2.5 million
NNN.com - up to $300K each
NNNN.com - up to $80K each
LN.com - up to $100K each
NL.com - up to $100K each
NNN.CC - up to $15K each

Please submit VALID INVENTORY as follows for a scenario where:

(1) You own the domain free and clear, available to transfer.

(2) You have an exclusive option or a financing on a domain and could pay it off from sale proceeds.

(3) You don't own the domain but know who does and what they want for it.

If any of these, contact @DanSanchez with details of what you have.

The buyers are real, e.g. a 3N.com domain earlier today at $280,000.

This will be an efficient process as the objective for these buyers is to buy until they have converted their cash to eligible domains. Epik will be the escrow agent and will work to turn these quickly.

Total budget is uncapped but the mods want a number so it is capped at $2.5 million through end-December
