Hi any apparaisals or idea of price for www.maxtuning.co.uk ??

The website gets between 1500 to 2500 unique visitors a day, has a google page rank of 5. Ranks top 10-20 on msn & yahoo for a lot of its keywords and ranks first on google images for "modified cars"

The website brings in around $12 to $35 dollars a day at the moment - but i had it peaking at nearly $100 in one day but i simply dont have time to keep the site going.

All stats, earnings and rankings can be proved.

Any apprasials high or low will be appreciated, just be interesting to know its worth ?

Well, you sure have a very good website there. In view of your posted revenue stats, i think you can sell this site for around 5-6K easily. The design itself is a great one and i think it should increase the value of the website too.

There is adsense at the top...Is that where the revenue is coming from?

There are some banners at the bottom as well, so i thinkbasically those are the sources of revenue

So if we were to say $20 per day on average, that translates to $600 per month.

$600 multiplied by 12 months revenue (the average sale price if based on monthly revenue), and I would say that the site is worth a maximum of $7,200.

Hiya, thanks for the comments - i am a self employed web/graphic designer and do try and focus on eye catching nice designs and do enjoy taking compliments

Yes the revenue comes from google adsense. I have had the site at one point generating an average of $25-$35 a day but i am too busy now to fill it for content etc and to be honest the forums never really picked up - although im sure if done right they themselves plastered with adsense would bring more in.

Anybody know where id get a good price for it or any good places to sell it ?
