I'll start you off with $10. What registrar is it with, when does it expire, and how much is renewal?

Hi MarcL-

Can you please add the domain name registrar, renewal date, and also the bid increments to your auction.

Please take a moment to review the "Forum Auction Rules" in my sig for best auction results.

Thank you and good luck-
Jennifer

I'm sorry MarkL. I don't remember seeing your PM after I won this auction. How would you like me to pay? If it's Paypal, send me your Paypal payment address and I will send payment ASAP. :)

Thanks,
Bri

This was an auction, and the name has already been sold. :|

OK, just got a PM from the OP and all he said was, "Sorry, already sold it." I PMed him back asking why he didn't give me a warning before he sold it to someone else since I won his auction fair and square. He stayed online for 10-15 minutes more, then he left without responding. I know I took a long time to get back to him, but I overlooked his ONLY PM to me about my winning the auction. >:(

I want a better explanation than "Sorry, I already sold it." I'll give you a day or two to respond MarkL before I leave you a negative on your trader rating.

I apologize for not noticing MarcL's PM he sent it to me informing me of my auction win. Sometimes it's easy to overlook one PM when you are busy with other things and have multiple PMs to deal with, so that is an error on my part.

Here's where it gets sticky...

MarcL opened this Namepros auction and I posted my bid on Feb. 18th. He mentioned in the thread that bidding ended 40 hours from last posted bid, so I won Ecchi.tv on the morning of Feb. 20th. I have screenshots of this thread in case it get's edited, BTW.

MarcL then posted a duplicate auction on the afternoon of Feb. 20th on DigitalPoint, just a few hours after I'd won the name. He received one $10 bid there on the same day from DP member "Lucky Luke". He then waited two more days to send his ONLY PM to me about my win here on NP... only after he got no further action on his DigitalPoint auction. Then, he asked for more offers on his DigitalPoint thread on the 23rd, after the DP auction for the name (I had already won) had ended with an apparent win by Lucky Luke!

Here's THE LINK to the DP auction thread (I have screenshots of this thread as well).

When I asked him why he didn't send me a reminder/warning PM before he sold the name to another party, he told me that he had sent 5 or 6 messages to me. ManicGirl was kind enough to research this and only found one record of him sending a notification PM to me. I could somewhat forgive the loss of a name due to my own error, and a seller is not obligated to remind someone that they've won their auction, but it's obvious that this seller tried to get more for the name by auctioning it on another forum AFTER it had been won by me here on Namepros.

What say you MarcL?
