i'm not an appraiser pro so don't make any decisions based on my opinion but your domain is one of few good domains i've seen lately in appraisal forum IMO
i'd give it high x.xxx$

Just for reference, I would keep an eye on the following link to see how it goes. It has three words to your two but they are short and using traditional spelling so I am not sure if it wouldn't be a comparable name. This one also has good traffic with an active forum and the price right now sits around 1k.
