I am looking at selling CarpetFleas.com

Ranked #1 in google for Carpet Fleas.

It is now making money in adsense..

Since it has been online it has made A$147.52 via adsense

I have not added any content to the site for like 4 months.

I have submitted it to over 1000 link directories..

No PR.. but there are pages indexed in google and yahoo.

Asking $750 ONO

It is a domain with this rank in google that is worth a lot to a pest
control company...

If it does not sell I will add more content... and wait for the income to go up and then list it on flippa...but I thought I would list it here first..
