The reason CarsHQ.com got development money and Car.HQ.com is stuck with a speculator is the plural is the winner, it doesn't matter how many times a word is used, it matters how many people look for the word and if they look for plural and in the case of cars they look for plurals, the singular's in the auto market are the dogs

get an adwords account with google then you can use their tool that shows any term and how many people SEARCH for it

you can't use an open search query like you are to determine anything
