Things to keep in mind when offering:

-This webiste is great for anyone in the auto selling business.

-It could be a great site to showcase a forum and links to great deals with cars, ebay motors listing, etc. Just an overall site for carbuyers.

-It could be an organization dedicated to listing the hottest car deals, and maybe even could make a website offering car auctions.

IMHO, it has great potential.

There is no minimum or maximum to offer, just don't say anything like "1 buck" or "5,000,000 dollars lol".
