Can't Get Lowe Renewal Rate at Moniker

Does anybody know where I can contact Monte to get the lower renewal rate at Moniker?
I still get the $10.95 (don't remember the exact rate) for renewals, and I want to move about 100+ names over there in the next few months.
I contacted there customer support but didn't get any answer. Also PMed Monte here but didn't get any response either.

The way to go with Moniker is call them directly. Their support in other ways can be slow, but a phone call during business hours has always gotten me the help I've needed.
