Can't chat!?

Tried to get in the Chat Room many times and everytime all that comes up on my screen is a little red "x" in the upper left corner. NEED HELP!

RJ: Did the download but it couldn't install it fully. Tried the chat...doesn't work. Thanks for taking the time to provide those links.
