The reason why it is available is I'm not sure whom you'd sell it to. The medical research community wouldn't need it. To me it has no commercial value.

About 250$ at least, As HealthCare Domains are easy to sell and Its Quite Old, If it was .com, it could worth a lot more.

The domain is good, but usually .org (non profitable organizations) won't have big money to pay. The the value would be moderate to my opinion, around $500

It is good, but whether it gets a reasonable offer depends on luck. People who study cancer usually do not need much PR and status, and do not think in terms of PR. But this is a nice domain that could help them to attract public attention, if they decide to go that way.
