Hello I'm looking to sell my hosting website to a Canadian resident only.

I just started a apprenticeship and I'm very busy with school and work.

The site has been established almost 2 years.

I have worked alot on the website, it has really good seo, it shows up on the first and second page on google for most web hosting keywords. It beats out alot of large hosting companys in search engines.

The site recieves 40-100 uniques everyday.

I also have 3 professional custom templates made for the website.

The site uses a owned clientexec billing system.

Includes a very good .ca domain name.

The site makes around $1000+ a year and the costs to run the site are $250.

I host around 10-17 websites and 2-5 domains.

This site could make alot more money if you added credit card payment to the site and maybe purchased a dedicated server so you can offer huge plans for a low price. Currently I just use reseller hosting.

I do not over sell and the site does not have any bad reputation.

I will only sell the site to a web hosting guru that is located in Canada.

I'm looking for around $2000.00 for the whole website.
