Can you push from one WWD reseller to another?

If the domain is with a WWD reseller and you want to move to a different WWD reseller, is that the usual free/easy process?

Being a WWD reseller I can tell you with certainty that the answer is yes. Transfering in or out from WWD resellers is free, unless one reseller decides to chrage for it.
