Just looking for some opinions on these names

Can you tell me 2 things, keeping in mind they will go to end-users, I am not a developer.


1) The top 5 names here in your opinion
2) and why?? (or just the TOP 5 will do)

I just mention my No.1 from which i am convinced that it has good chance to be sold at good price to an Enduser (even with Hyphens). Its better than a list without Reason:

Solar-Home.net

Reason:

- Good Adv. competition, Ads and even one Premium Ad

- Good amount of related searches / month (if you consider broad match type)

[Solar Powered Homes] - 1900
[Home Solar Systems] - 1000
[Home Solar Panel] - 1000

etc.

- CPC $1.67 - $2.29 - Estimated Cost / Day $5 - 8$

- Some established websites. Even .biz with hyphens, .ch (for Swiss which is not even an english speaking country - without hyphens) and the .net one without hyphens are established Websites.

- Generally Solar / Green Domain Names have very good potential to increase strongly in price (i have solarcollectors.org and received $500 offer few days ago from Enduser, i didn't accept and will wait!)

When in doubt i always ask myself which domains contain keywords that i would most likely someday type into a search... and those are the 5 i think have the highest probability for a keyword search. That said, i certainly don't view myself as a veteran domainer and i guess there are tools out there to determine which domains have the highest prob of a keyword match.

You've got some good domains here. My list (only top 3 though, with $ appraisal for end-user):

1. Solar-Home.net - it's trendy and despite of the hyphen and .net might be sold for a tidy sum. High $$$.
2. SimpleMeal.net - nice for a recipe site. Mid $$$ for me.
3. DubaiTourist.net - for a Dubai tourist guide. Mid $$$.

Amazing what you can find when you look hard enough, every single one is a recent hand-reg.

I fully agree.
In the past, almost everyone was saying to me that there is no valuable free Domain Names left to be Reg and that i should only buy Domain Names from others (from them ). But i totally disagree. I found some very nice Names in the past. It was time consuming and hard, but sometimes you find some jewels! (provided that you do some research and usw some tools to find the good ones) and last but not least,,,,,it is lot of FUN when you find such a Name yourself! :blink:

Well said HQDomains, its the most rewarding feeling finding a little gem after hours of searching.

You always wish it was the .com though, lots of good .net names around
